Note: We require bands to have at least THREE characters to perform. Alts are allowable, but please know that lag can be an issue.

Cherrie, Bohunk, Balifor ( Bo may dual log an alt, or 2 I may dual log Dwalifor ) so probably 5 or 6
Please plan to perform a 55 minute set (which includes ALL encores). Note: It is possible that sets may have to be shortened to 30-minutes or 45-minutes on certain days if demand is high.
Proposed schedule (subject to change/adjustment). All times are /servertime (Eastern Standard Time).
Fri Jan 13: 2:00pm - 11:00pm
Sat Jan 14: 12:00 Noon - 12:00 Midnight (midnight reserved for BBB)
Sun Jan 15: 11:00am - 3:00pm and 4:00pm - 10pm (3:00pm reserved for Andune Ensemble)
Mon Jan 16: Late afternoon to early evening (8:00pm reserved for Old Winyards)
(Note: the times listed above are the start times of sets (each hour, on the hour). Adjustments may be made and breaks scheduled if necessary.
Band Leaders: Please provide your 1st/2nd/3rd-preferred timeslot choices. You MUST select three. We will attempt to assign your topmost choice but you might be assigned to any of these slots or another if too many apply for the same slot.
Please be as flexible as possible; there could be many, many bands applying.
First preferred timeslot - give starting time of slot, e.g. Friday 3pm or Friday 2pm to 5pm etc:

Please give any additional information that may help the scheduling of your concert especially if you have some flexibility. Offering a time range of two or three hours as a choice, for each of your choices, is helpful to the schedulers.:
