It is done, the tentative schedule has been announced yesterday at Ales and Tales. Everyone that applied so far has found a place.
This was only possible because many of you graciously offered very flexible options. So even with the amazing 45(!) bands we are it worked out, and for most of you I could find a place in the preferred slots. On the other hand, this means we have four really packed days, and especially Saturday and Sunday have to start before noon and go to midnight. And for a few I had to take the offered 'if-nothing-else-slots', the not-so-favoured ones. Sorry, and thank you for giving these options!
Now, what are the next steps? Look at the preliminary schedule, and please confirm if you can make the assigned slot. Give updates if things change, Winterstock is still more than a month away. And if you can not make your slot, or want to swap with someone for any reason, please arrange this between the affected bands, and post a confirmation for all affected here.
This swap window should last up to before Christmas. After that we will finalize the posters, and get the word out! Sound the fanfares, publish the posters on lotroartists.com, Facebook, you name it. To get you the audience you deserve!
Thank you again for applying, giving so flexible scheduling options, and most important: Being such great bands!
